Day 7: Final Day! Full-Body Yoga Flow
Welcome to the last day of Your 7-Day Yoga Journey! You made it! This series has been all about showing up for yourself every single day and building a routine that nurtures your mind and body. By committing to these practices, you’ve taken an important step toward managing stress, easing anxiety, and cultivating balance—both on and off the mat.
Today’s session is the culmination of everything we’ve worked on this week. In this full-body flow, we’ll focus on the strength and balance we’ve been building as we work towards Bakasana (Crow Pose). This dynamic pose engages your arms, core, hips, and legs, but most importantly, it challenges your ability to balance with focus and intention.
If Crow Pose feels intimidating, it’s completely normal to feel a bit hesitant at first. Don’t worry, we’ll work through it together, step by step! You can place a pillow underneath your face for extra support while practicing—this can make it feel much more approachable.
Crow Pose is so much more than a physical posture; it’s a powerful reminder that the balance you find on the mat can inspire balance in your everyday life. Whether you’re new to Crow Pose or revisiting it, approach this practice with curiosity and patience.
Take this opportunity to reflect on the progress you’ve made over the past seven days. Showing up for yourself each day is an act of resilience and self-care, and I’m so proud of you for completing this journey.
These yoga practices are a perfect complement to your therapeutic work. Use them alongside the live therapy sessions and online tools to deepen your progress and create more stability in your mind and body. And remember, you can use this 7-day series or your favorite class over and over again.
Be sure to share how this final session felt and how the series has impacted you—I’d love to hear your thoughts and any suggestions for future classes!
Sending you love, happiness and ease!
