Welcome to Day 3 of Your 7-Day Yoga Journey! Today’s session is designed to relieve tension and improve mobility in your spine and back—areas that often hold stress and anxiety.

This gentle 10-minute Vinyasa flow combines mindful breathing with poses to release tightness and restore balance. We’ll move through low lunge sun salutations with a spinal twist, strengthen and open the back with locust pose, and ease tension through seated twists and bridge pose. Each movement is guided by your breath, helping you feel calmer, more centered, and connected.
