Welcome to Day 1 of Your 7-Days of Yoga Journey! In this series, we’re focusing on a different area of the body each day to help you build a consistent yoga practice that supports your mental and physical well-being. By dedicating just 10 minutes a day, you can create a routine that helps release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.

Join me for a gentle 10-minute vinyasa flow designed to help release stress, ease anxiety, and bring balance to both body and mind. Today’s practice emphasizes mindful breathing, intention setting, and creating a sense of grounding and calm—an ideal start to your journey toward well-being.

We’ll move through poses like Cat/Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, Sun Salutation A, High Lunge, Warrior 2, and Child’s Pose. Each movement is guided by your breath, helping you release tension and restore balance. This session offers a simple yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
