I was born and raised in Australia, and have lived in Botswana, Germany and Canada, however the Southwest Desert is my true home! I have a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree from the Australian National University. I have been licensed by the State of Arizona since 2008 and I have been in private practice for the past ten years. I work with adults in both individual and group settings. I have experience working with people with serious mental illness as well as working with clients involved in the criminal justice system. I have worked with clients seeking help with a range of concerns including addictions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, stress and employment burnout, and compassion fatigue. We can feel stuck in life and sometimes sifting through our emotions and behaviors can be hard to do on our own. We often feel safer when we are supported with kindness and compassion. My therapeutic philosophy is person-centered and non-judgmental and l will meet the client where ever they are in their healing journey.
