Hello! I am Tamara and I would love to have the opportunity to help you with whatever you would like to work on in your life. I have had my Masters in Social Work since 2000 and decided to get my License as a Clinical Social Worker in 2008. In the years since 2000, I have worked with individuals, couples and families. I used to do the Couple's workshop with the a military base and loved it! Ready to take the next step in life but something holding you back? Past trauma, fear of failure, toxic people around you, communication/self esteem issues? I can help you have and work toward your best life! Ready to glow up your life as an individual, a couple and family? I focus on the positives and from a strengths based perspective as we all have so many good attributes in us that we often don't see. I have happily experienced motherhood later in life, now having 3 children beginning at 45 years old so I want others to know they can do things even when outside forces make things difficult. I often travel to other countries and experience other cultures and love being able to give my children the opportunity to have amazing experiences that I was not able to have when I was younger.
