Dr. Stella Diai

My name is Stella N. Diai, Ed.d, LPC, NCC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. The main focus of my professional practice is to assist my clients to learn how to pay attention to their own strengths rather than their weaknesses in order to achieve their goals. I have been working in the helping profession for the past twenty years.

My practice incorporates the Cognitive behavior approach which has demostrated to be effective in the treatment of a wide range of mental problems. My specialization in psychotherapy includes individuals of all ages with various mental health diagnoses and behavioral problems.
I have vast training and experience working with diverse families and population.

I teach Anger management courses, coping skills courses for interested individuals and all others who may be referred by the legal system. It has been my pleasure to observe the growth of my clients whom I feel very privileged to work with.
