My approach is client centered with a mindful approach of where the client is and where they want to go while exploring barriers to achieving their goals.

I use an eclectic approach as each client is an individual and by approaching them with a client centered mindset I can utilize many different therapeutic approaches to supporting them.

I pride myself on reliability and being on time and present for each session with prompt responses and feedback for clients as needed. I enjoy helping clients reach their goals and celebrate when a client no longer needs therapeutic support and they can move forward in life in a healthy emotional state.

I use a collaborative approach with my clients to help support them on their journey and incorporate what is important to them and what they feel connected to (music, animals, the arts etc). I will continue checking in my with clients to gauge how they feel therapy is going and provide feedback on their progress with supportive reflections of their journey.
