For the past six years, I have dedicated a portion of my practice to teletherapy, offering clients the convenience and accessibility of virtual sessions. To accommodate the needs of my clients, I provide sessions at different times on all days of the week, so make sure you check my calendar to see my availability. Exceptions to this schedule may be considered under extreme circumstances, though such accommodations are rare.

- Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): As a trained and certified MRT practitioner, I utilize this approach to support clients with substance use disorders, conduct disorders, and challenges related to anger and impulse control, promoting accountability and behavioral change.

- Systematic Desensitization: This technique is applied to treat phobias and non-substance-based behavioral addictions, such as compulsive habits, by gradually reducing anxiety and maladaptive responses.
