I prioritize and value my clients' emotional and mental health by fostering a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic environment. My approach is centered on helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns while focusing on their strength through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). It is my belief that every client has the potential for growth and change, and it is my role to facilitate that journey by actively listening and validating their experiences.

My educational background, which includes a Doctorate in Healthcare and a Masters in Counseling and Administration provides me with a solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices. I am a licensed professional counseling supervisor with advanced training that equips me with a deeper understanding of counseling practices, psychological theories, and therapeutic techniques which allows me to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client.

Additionally, my personal experiences have shaped my perspective as a therapist. Having navigated my own challenges, I understand the intricacies of emotional struggles and the importance of having a supportive ally during very difficult and challenging times. It is with this empathy that drives my commitment to prioritizing my clients' emotional and mental health and overall emotional well-being, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
