I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With over 20 years experience with a variety of populations and settings, I believe that each of us holds within ourselves the ability to find peace and self empowerment. Through a Client- centered, Cognitive Behavioral Approach we will examine what keeps you stuck and uncomfortable and push towards that self awareness and strength that will allow you to achieve your goals in the areas of mental health, relationships, work, school and other social environments.
I have worked with clients with depression, relationship issues, family issues and detachment, adjustment disorders, narcissistic abuse and PTSD and CPTSD.
I have a Doctorate degree from Columbia Pacific University (1987), in Counseling Psychology, a Masters Degree, in Counseling from the University of Evansville, and a Bachelors of Science in Sociology, from Indiana University.
