I'm excited to share a bit about myself and my professional journey with you. After dedicating 15 years to school counseling, I felt it was time for a change, one that would allow me to focus more deeply on mental health. This past June, I made the decision to transition from my school counseling career into the world of mental health full-time.

Three years ago, I returned to school to pursue my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license, driven by my passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Now, I'm proudly dual-licensed as both a School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor, equipped with a rich background in education and a deep understanding of mental health.

My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly express themselves, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and healing. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, dealing with past trauma, or simply seeking a space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
