I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with a telehealth license in Florida, bringing over 14 years of mental health experience to the table. Specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am also on the path to becoming certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Expertise and Approach

• Children, Adolescents, and Adults: My journey began with children and adolescents, and I continue to cherish this work. Post-pandemic, I have expanded my practice to include adults, finding fulfillment in helping clients of all ages.
• Autism and Eating Disorders: With substantial experience in working with children and adolescents with autism, I take a different approach than Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also have a passion for assisting those with eating disorders.
• Medication Management and Continuity of Care: I believe in a collaborative approach, working seamlessly with other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for my clients.
