Nancey Payne

My name is Nancey Payne. I have a Master of Science in Professional Counseling that I received from Grand Canyon University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselors from the state of Arizona. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I started working with Catholic Charities as a Family Support Specialist with individuals who working towards reunification with their children. In 2014 I shifted into the community mental health field where I worked as a Case manager with children and families to assist in modifying behaviors and equipping parents on pressing issues. MY career shifted during my internship where I began completing assessments, treatment plan and providing individual therapy. During the therapist role EMDR training was completed and then put into practice during individual therapy. I have a passion to assist individuals and families walk through difficult seasons and equip them with tools and providing time for them to address their current life circumstances. I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution- Focused Therapy and EMDR.
