Matthew Kastelic

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and current Doctor of Clinical Psychology Student. I have worked in the field of clinical mental health for over 8 years. I have worked with various populations during my time as a clinician. I specialize in the areas of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and forensics but also work with addictions, stress, and general mental health concerns. I have in depth knowledge and training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapies) and neuropsych based methods. However, I tailor my approach to the needs of each individual to achieve the best results. I am trained in analysis and exploration which helps uncover patterns and can point to the source of current distress. Some of my other methods include Solution Focused Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and IPSRT. I will utilize assessment and evaluation at times and will always keep you informed.
