Mary Anne Fielding

I believe every person deserves to live their life as their true authentic self and have empowered and guided my clients through this process for more than 24 years now. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Solution-Focused therapies that assist with breaking down the barriers that have been blocking individuals from living as their whole self so that they may live a more productive and authentic life.

I have a robust career that includes various level job positions, in a variety of settings. This includes working within and directing programs in out-patient and hospital-based facilities, homeless shelters, as well as a county jail. I've served men and women in these programs as Case Manager, Service Program Coordinator, Clinical Supervisior, Program Director, and presently as a Chief Compliance and Resolution Officer, while serving adults in my private practice for more than 24 years where I've treated adults, couples and families. I believe that my enriched work experience provides me with the ability to serve others at the deepest level.

I believe in a person-centered and goal-focused approach to assist individuals with identifying their needs, desires, and strengths, as well as gaining the necessary tools to effectively manage stressors and difficult life circumstances successfully.

Together we will develop an action plan with steps that support your personal goals. At times this may feel challenging, but with a therapist working alongside you with decades of experience helping others, you learn how to live a fulfilling life as your true self and be equipped with the tools needed to manage any challenges and stressors that come your way.
