I graduated from Tulane University School of Social Work in 2002 with a Masters Degree. I have clinical experience working with children, families and individuals. I have worked with a variety of issues including traumatic grief and loss, parenting challenges and or parent/children relationship struggles. I also work with individuals and families affected by disordered eating. I work with my clients to formulate specific goals to help them achieve the fulfilling life they want. I spend the first few session listening to your unique story, learning about you and your experiences. I offer a safe space for you to express all emotions. I offer an empathetic ear to hear what you are experiencing. I incorporate breath and movement into some of my sessions because I believe learning how to calm your body calms your mind. Through traditional talk therapy methods we will begin to see broad goals then narrow them into more specific goals with action steps tailored for your success to achieve what you desire. I look forward to meeting you.
