I have an Associates of Art degree, a Bachelors in Social Work and a Masters in Social Work degree.

I have worked as an LCSW in private practice since 2018. Prior to going full-time in my private practice, I worked with children and adolescents in schools and in agencies.

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and utilize this modality with all my clients. I specialize in anxiety and work primarily with stressed and anxious females who have a trauma history. I utilize CBT, ERP, Empowerment Coaching, Mental Health Education and Hypnotherapy with clients.

I believe strongly that once clients understand how their brain functions and the cycle of anxiety-they become more empowered; increasing their ability to achieve long term success. I typically follow a framework of supporting clients with understanding their triggers, their thoughts, emotions, physical body responses and behavioral responses. We then dive into past experiences that have contributed and or caused establishment of core fears and core beliefs. Together we process these experiences and work towards reprogramming new and more adaptive beliefs and responses.
