I started studying counseling and therapy techniques as well as psychology 20 years ago. I have obtained an MSc in psychology, a postgraduate diploma in person-centered and CBT counselling, a postgraduate diploma in drama education, and a BA in counselling and social studies. I have a friendly, non-judgemental attitude to others. People usually feel very comfortable opening up to me. I am happy to connect with anyone regardless of their cultural backgrounds. I have been educated in different types of evidence-based therapeutic methods (e.g. CBT and mindfulness techniques, autogenic training) and have practiced psychodrama and bibliodrama. I tailor my therapeutic approach to my client’s individual needs. I have a holistic approach to life and have also studied alternative methods such as yoga and breathing techniques that help manage stress. I look at all aspects of a person (physical condition, social connections, personal beliefs) in order to help improve their well-being. I feel it is important to approach life from all angles. I have worked in different mental health settings, and in multicultural environments to practice how to connect with people of diversity. Taking a holistic approach allows me to realize whether your spiritual beliefs are essential for your emotional well-being. I take your social background and spiritual beliefs into account when I put myself in your shoes to understand your mindset. Creativity plays a vital role in mental health and well-being. Encouraging clients to get engaged in creative tasks is my favorite method to help them experiment with new perspectives and behaviors.

"This service is excellent for people who have never tried therapy before. It's an easy way to get into it and talk to a professional about how you're feeling. I only joined for 4 weeks but that was enough for my personalised therapist to talk through how I was feeling, help me think about things differently and provide good coping mechanisms. "This CBT Course has been very helpful for me. I have done CBT before but this has worked for me.
I think the blend of the worksheets, the videos and the notes are really helpful. I took the on line feedback only from the therapist, I wanted this as I felt this was the best way I would respond (i.e. small feedback notes, rather than weekly sessions).
The challenge for me will be to keep this up, especially when things don't go the well, if this happens I'll re subscribe for a refresher."

"I've only been utilizing the service for three weeks, but I already feel well-supported and understood, and I'm beginning to see some small improvements. The feature that allows me to communicate via messages in between sessions has been particularly beneficial for me. Additionally, the ease of determining which therapist truly suits my needs is a crucial aspect for me. The platform offers extensive options for those who wish to engage with the assessment forms available on the website. This allows for a more comprehensive self-examination and the opportunity to share these insights with the therapist, receive feedback, and access all information for future reference. Occasionally, I would like the ability to share a PDF file; as someone who paints frequently, I find it limiting that I am unable to share my artwork on the platform. Nonetheless, I have found the support I was seeking here overall."
