Finding your sense of self amongst new environments and additional stressors can be scary, which is why it is done as a team of both the client and therapist, working toward your identified goals. Here you learn how to help yourself through further self exploration and application of what rings true for you naturally, versus what you were taught, through experience or necessity, or inferred through a variety of influences.

Striking consistency and balance in life is often uncomfortable, but it does not have to be carried alone. With a background in identifying how past experiences influence current situations and hurdles, Jordan specializes in tailoring treatment to whom you truly are and what you need, through a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach. She is currently licensed as an LPC-MHSP since August of 2019.

I love horses, dogs, and reading, in addition to traveling the world, with my favorite country I have visited being Japan. Helping people is a passion of mine, and I believe it is best done collaboratively.
