My name is Jessica and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing! I am an experienced member of the helping field with over 17 years invested and almost 5 years as a clinician and therapist. I have experience working with people from 13-90 years old on a variety of difficulties and needs. I believe that healing is possible. I use an eclectic and holistic approach, aiming to meet people where they are in their journey. I believe that the foundation for healing includes a positive rapport and therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I also am certified in Reiki II and have the masters certification in process. My goals are to provide supportive care that focuses on healing and addressing the root of your emotional needs. Healing is not linear and takes time, connecting with the right person can make a huge difference in the long term and help to heal old wounding.
