I have worked in behavioral health in a counseling role for over 30 years. I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University since 2001, and I've been a licensed psychologist since 2004.
In those 30 years, I have worked with people with a wide range of issues. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life challenges associated with LGBTQ+, work frustrations, identity issues, prior trauma, or the challenges of being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world, I can help you sort through your situation and work actively to improve your life. Regardless of your particulars, for the time we work together, I will "walk alongside" you in your life journey and be a compassionate and safe guide when you need it.
My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, but I naturally adjust the approach for each individual's needs, which may include trauma-informed treatment or DBT. For individuals who want the benefits of combined information, strategizing, and accountability, I also provide life coaching.
