About Me

Life can be challenging and we all have issues. I have them, you have them, we've all got issues. I am a licensed professional counselor who is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, virtual environment where we can work in partnership to resolve some of the issues you are currently experiencing. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, somatic therapy and play therapy to help you achieve your goals. Please know that while we will begin our work during the 45- 50 minutes when we are together, however a lot of work will take place between sessions. I will ask you to spend time reflecting on your thoughts and feelings, journal and/or audio tape your thoughts and feelings, engaging role play, look at movies and read and complete worksheets. You will be asked to move out of your comfort zone so you can learn new skills, visit new places, meet new people and try new things. There will be times when you may feel uncomfortable and scared but the goal is to work past those feelings through what feels Think Possibilities!!!
