I specialize in trauma-focused therapy regarding abuse, traumatic events/loses and substance abuse. I am experienced in working with military, first responders, victims of sexual assault and sexual abuse, and victims of violent crimes. I also work with those suffering from depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I currently work on a Crisis Response team for first responders. I offer a safe space that is fully confidential. As a former military spouse and retired first responder, I have first hand knowledge of what that field brings and how to cope.

I offer online therapy sessions so we can meet at a time and place that is comfortable for you. I am in network with most insurances.
