Elisabeth Davis

I'm Elisabeth Davis, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA, in Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio. I am also a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider. My professional journey has been eclectic and wide-ranging, allowing me to work with a diverse range of populations and issues. I specialize and am experienced in areas such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma from physical and sexual abuse, grief, family and relationship issues, parenting problems, and LGBTQIA+ support. Additionally, I have significant experience working with the military and providing education and career counseling.

My counseling style is rooted in unconditional positive regard, meaning I always approach therapy from a strength-based perspective. My clients are treated with respect, genuine care, compassion, and concern. I view counseling as a collaboration. We will work together to create goals and find solutions that best suit your needs. I consider myself a holistic counselor, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. As Plato said, 'The part can never be well unless the whole is well.'
