DeShala Hunt

I am an holistic, integrative therapist that specializes in providing Christian counseling to children, adolescents, and couples. I am trained in level three Gottman method and have recently started working with clients on Betterhelp after opening my own business, The Kairos Experience, PLLC. I have not had many clients since opening my business so I decided to work other platforms as I wait for clientele to increase. Prior to this, I studied play therapy in graduate school at the University of Alabama as I obtained a Master of Social Work. As a clinician, my goal is to provide clients with spiritual insight that promotes holistic wellbeing because I believe client's mental, physical, and spiritual health is connected greatly. I specialize in working with clients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, gentle parenting, spiritual growth issues, and more. Although much of my expertise is in working with children, older adults have become a new interest of mine I have had success in exploring along with clients suffering with symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety.
