Collette Scruggs

I have been in this field for over 10 years. I started as a crisis worker going into homes of those who were experiencing suicidal and homicidal thoughts as well as anxiety or addiction. I graduated in 2016 with my Masters in Professional Counseling. I have worked with adults and teens throughout my career. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy standpoint. I am a trauma therapist. I do provide talk therapy to those who want just that. I am working full-time as a supervisor for a crisis call center. I was a manager for an outpatient behavioral health facility before switching jobs. I work with those who struggle with addictions, depression, parenting issues, ADHD, relationship issues, stress, and trauma. I am an ally and work with those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am excited to begin working with you to become a brighter and better you! At the beginning of our session, please let me know what you feel is the one thing you want to work on, followed by the second thing that you think is important to you.
