Christine Mezza

I earned a Master's Degree in Community/Clinical Psychology, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. This experience includes private practice, and being a therapist in residential treatment centers and psychiatric hospitals. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor, Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Board Certified in Telemental Health.

I work with individuals ages 12 and older who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, adjustment issues, anger management problems, and relationship issues. I believe that it is important to look at the whole person. Therefore, I am holistic in my approach, taking into account mind, body and spirit. I take an integrative approach, drawing from various theories, methods, and techniques that best suit the needs of the individual.

I am a Christian, and although I do not impose my beliefs on anyone, I willingly deal with spiritual issues if that is something the client wants to discuss.

I am licensed in and can work with clients residing in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, and Virginia.
