Angel Babcock

I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Tennessee and Indiana. I am also a registered telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I have over 12 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked in various settings including residential, outpatient, and in-home. This has allowed me to work with those with a variety of mental health diagnoses.

I use person-centered, holistic, and eclectic approaches in treatment. I used evidence-based techniques in treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. I would describe myself as warm and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy is a partnership in which we work together to reach your goals and develop coping strategies and techniques you can take with you as you face life challenges.

My current therapeutic focus and interest is with those with anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and learning to set healthy boundaries.
