Angel Babcock

I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Tennessee, and Indiana as well telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I have been fully licensed since 2016 and enjoy helping others reach their goals. I have had over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, outpatient, and in-home. This has allowed me to work with those with anxiety, anger management issues, and family conflict.

I use person-centered, holistic, and eclectic approaches in my treatment. This means I will tailor treatment to your needs and help you reach your goals. I used evidence-based techniques in treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. I would describe myself as warm and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy is a partnership in which we work together to reach your goals and develop coping strategies you can carry with you as you face life challenges.
