It would be really nice if this service had an app. Doing sessions over mobile browser is ok, but the interface isn't always user friendly imo. Especially when my phone screen shuts off while I'm not paying attention and Tania doesn't hear the rant I've been on for the past 2 minutes haha.

"This program gives some quality ideas for helping work through some emotional and mental situations. The therapists respond quickly to messages/notes that I left on the worksheets. I would encourage someone to try this out even if it is just to get ideas. However, I think it would be better sign up for live sessions if someone is having more pressing issues they need to talk about."
