Her goal is to provide a safe space for her clients to speak freely and work towards a positive future. For clients wondering what a typical session with Ms. Schiller looks like, she explains that after the first session where they get to know each other better, an average session follows a structured agenda. It starts with checking in on the client's mood and how they've been feeling since the last session. Then, they set the agenda by picking a topic or two to discuss during the session. Collaboratively, they discuss the topic(s) and come up with an action plan of at least one strategy to practice in between sessions. Ms. Schiller answers the worksheets from Monday to Friday and checks the message board daily.
